Personal Development Group for Children and Adolescents

I offer a personal development group focused on working with children who have difficulties forming peer relationships, struggle with emotional regulation, are more anxious, or, on the contrary, are “overactive,” which can lead to behavioral issues in the school environment (e.g., disrupting lessons).

We will use art-based techniques, especially working with clay, to create various social interactions in which children can experience their own patterns of behavior, receive feedback, and, importantly, try out alternative ways of handling situations. Children will work individually or collaboratively. They can gain positive experiences of cooperation with others, receive constructive responses, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

The group is led by a sculptor and coach with experience working with this age group, as well as with coaching and personal development.

The aim is to support children’s self-esteem and self-confidence and to help them gain greater confidence in social interactions and in regulating their own emotions. Intended for ages 10–15.

I recommend bringing an older T-shirt with you to work so that the creator doesn’t have to worry about it getting dirty from the clay.
